low float isnt just a vibe, spacex floated like 5% so any demand shock moves it way harder. thats the actual mechanic

Built a plugin that bridges @herdrdev to #Telegram and uses #Hermes as assistant overseeing it all. Reason is simple: I run claude code and codex agents all day but im not always at my desk. now herdr pings my telegram the second an agent goes idle, blocked or done so i can answer from my phone instead of babysitting a terminal github.com/gaijinjoe/herdres
herdr 0.7.0 is out, and it's a major one: it introduces plugins! the idea is simple: herdr stays lean, and everything custom gets extended through plugins. shareable, scoped, built however you want, to fit your own flow. with this release we're also shipping a few examples of what the plugin system can do. first up: a telegram plugin. herdr already controls your agents and knows their status, so the plugin just hooks into agent events and pings telegram the moment one needs you. notification lands → `herdr --remote` or ssh from your phone → straight back to the agent that needs you.

nice, just as i finished building my custom solution to keep it drawing from subscription quota instead of monthly credits, they come out and cancel their plans to do so 😮‍💨
wow - this is huge! anthropic is officially walking back their decision about banning programmatic use of claude code subscription quota why is this a big deal? this is a signal that anthropic is revisiting their ecosystem strategy which many of us have been criticizing by allowing invoking claude code programmatically, anthropic will basically extend their subsidized subscription to power a much wider range of applications, not just their own, which effectively means they are leaning more into being an infrastructure provider rather than the super app that eats everything else they still have more to do to gain back my trust as a developer but this is a very positive change and i'm happy to see anthropic revisiting their strategy

"freedom" 🗽
The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees. The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance. Access to all other Claude models is not affected. We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible. Read our full statement: anthropic.com/news/fable-myt…

holy, used fable5 for 24h on medium mode doing design, planning and review directing custom gpt 5.5 low effort agents on implementation, and it seems to have solved what i tried to build the last month with opus 4.6/7/8 (ultracode) and gpt 5.5 on xhigh cant wait to see gpt 5.6 bc i wont be paying for APIs regardless how good this is. love this IPO competition
Introducing Claude Fable 5: a Mythos-class model that we’ve made safe for general use. Its capabilities exceed those of any model we’ve ever made generally available.

Claude Fable was pleasantly surprised by my code after a 3 hours review... "The design itself is sound and unusually well-researched, the code matches its docs, and secrets/hardening are done properly. But the review found 11 verified bugs" -Fable

if these claude mythos crumbs are legit, good. about time anthropic stopped giving everyone a season long head start. been using 4.8 ultra code extensively and it’s still falling behind openai
Holy, release is so close. It will be named „Claude Mythos 5“, a tier above Opus. I got the feeling coming week will be so huge

i dont even trust my @RobinhoodApp app after a bad nights sleep and now they want agents placing trades. limiting the account helps, but my dumbest losses also started with a limit…

Been explaining to people i work with computers for years, saying prompter is probably a better choice
Today is May 25th, 2026. This is the first time I remember reading an LLM-produced public artifact which is obviously professionally relevant and which is sufficiently complete that I do not perceive the lack of a human author materially compromising its utility to me.

13 sec vs 80 sec launch time is brutal, unity's been losing indie devs over stuff like this since the runtime fee mess in 2023
