Just got my last 2 microcredentials for #FCPSVanguard, it's been a wonderful journey that has improved my teaching SO much! I'm just glad it's not yet over! (Helping with Summer Academy!) Thank you, @EHainesFCPS @AmyFCPSAchieve @KentWetzelFCPS !!

My highlight of the year in #FPCSVanguard was definitely working on the planning team with @EHainesFCPS @AmyFCPSAchieve @MaryGeasey @MrsGraybillFCPS @AdeleGupta76 @matheeli @TMcGaughey_FCPS @MrMcVaysClass @thefitbrarian @MrsWolen_FCPS It was fun AND productive!

One thing I learned from #FCPSVanguard was that we are not alone. Working with others in this profession has tremendous benefits and I am blessed to have many who help me grow as a teacher.

Wohoo, finished my last 2 micro-credentials for my leader year in #fcpsvanguard. Very excited (and a bit nervous) about getting to coach teachers in the coach year!
