Understanding of language and its evolution has never been more important. Bravo, @YeahThatCindy.
"Pregnant" always meant "with child"- but the word was considered too vulgar to use publicly until the 1960s.
Just as our communities, cultures, and rights evolve, language adapts to the shifting realities of our time.

Is there an on-line tool to calculate what % of votes will lead to overcoming a certain # gap? Take a state, let's call it Georgia, where the difference is, say, 37,322, with 107K outstanding votes. What % needs to go to the trailing candidate to pull ahead? Asking for a friend.
