The Bharat Audyogik Vikas Yojna (BHAVYA) Portal has been launched to streamline proposal submission and support the development of world-class industrial parks across India. Through the portal, applicants and other stakeholders can: ✅ Access the BHAVYA scheme documents, Gazette Notification, SOP, DPR booklet and portal tutorial ✅ Log in securely and manage applications through a centralized dashboard ✅ Submit industrial park proposals through a structured 5-step application process ✅ Upload DPRs, master plans, site boundary files, GIS/GatiShakti maps and other supporting documents ✅ Track real-time application status and key details By bringing proposal-related information into one organized digital system, the portal will help improve coordination, reduce paperwork and support structured evaluation of projects. Stakeholder Consultation Workshop: Advancing the BHAVYA Framework NICDC, under the aegis of DPIIT, Government of India, organised a workshop on the BHAVYA Scheme Framework and NTH–BIS Testing Infrastructure at Vanijya Bhawan, New Delhi. Chaired by Shri Amardeep Singh Bhatia, Secretary, DPIIT, and Smt. Nidhi Khare, Secretary, Department of Consumer Affairs, the workshop brought together 100 representatives from 31 States and Union Territories, along with senior officials from DPIIT, DoCA, BIS, NTH, NICDC, State SPVs and stakeholder agencies. Discussions focused on strengthening implementation, improving DPR quality, expanding testing and certification infrastructure, and building investment-ready industrial ecosystems. Shri Bhatia emphasised that BHAVYA’s success will be measured not only by infrastructure creation, but by the ability of industrial parks to attract investors and become operational manufacturing hubs.
