I don't know if staff can't read the email thread, whether it's a systems problem, or if this department is staffed by people who are too lazy or incompetent to find out. Maybe they're not paid enough to care (If that's the case I'm not the least surprised. You have my sympathy)

Perhaps Fraser's are fine with that. But I'm not, so the next thing that happens is either a chargeback or a small claims court summons. Unless you can actually sort yourselves out by the end of the week.

@SouthamptonFC Was excited to send my 2 girls to your soccer school this week (still buzzin after Sunday). As the only 2 girls there they've spent 3 days getting abuse from boys re how they shouldn't play football. It's upsetting that you're not upfront in addressing this.

I've always been impressed by Saints approach. This feels like an opportunity to address this with coaching staff and in turn the boys who are being coached. It's been a real challenge to keep them going, but they know they need to. It's why I wrote this:

@NOWTV. I just had an astonishing and frankly appalling conversation with your billing team in which your representative said they would "Look forward" to seeing my 75yo mother in court. This after increasing her tariff by 400% (£80pm!) and cutting her off for non payment.

She had in fact added the correct credit card details (But apparently to the wrong section???). All her bills have 'paid' written on them (Why would they say paid when they aren't?), so she had no idea she was going to get cut off.

So this week she was cut off. She lives alone and has no mobile signal. When the bill was queried she was told that they will pursue her with legal action. So well done @NOWTV for frightening a vulnerable person and cutting them off from the world. I hope you're proud! 👏👏👏
