Look, I'm not saying anything about the quality of Apple support, but the 100% of the Apple support reps that I talk to who are extremely confused by my me.com Apple ID and have never heard of that domain makes me feel _real_ old.

Serious question: why isn't pnpm more popular? Just a function of not being included out-of-the-box and being an extra tool to maintain? Or is there something specific to its implementation?

Knowing House IT stuff, I don't think I'd sleep well until the networks were rebuilt from scratch and every computer wiped and the internals visually inspected before being put back in service.
