HS coaches job isn’t to get you recruited. It’s to win games. College coaches job isn’t to get you to NFL. It’s to win games. NFL coaches job isn’t to get you to HOF. It’s to win games. People need to figure this out and stop blaming coaches for their personal outcomes.

Sad that college coaches go thru this in today. This HS Coach throwing HBCU Coach under bus for wanting to make his program better. Why cant small schools want the BEST PLAYERS? Its players decision to say YES OR NO. Yall have got to do better when promoting players. Its SAD.

I don’t wanna call you out but… you are OBLIGATING me to do it… since you are one of those coaches that like to “big league” players because they have no stats.. and you want them to choose you over a 30 win NAIA program…just because you are D2.. here you go.. ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ You should also tell your recruits that you just won 7 games the whole year… Where are your stats coach?

Why do athletes COMMIT or TAKE A VISIT to a program and they don't know.... 1. The price they will pay for school. 2. How many credits will transfer or even if the school has the major they're looking for? PARENTS----- We must be better....

Players know this... However, winning isnt in their deck of cards. They want to be NOTICED just to have a SHOT at playing PRO BASEBALL. These young athletes are very knowledgeable about this game. They will do what coaches allow them to do....

FRESHMEN trying to use a 4-Year school as a Stepping Stone WITHOUT letting the coach know is not the best thing to do. He is there to structure the program for the next 4 and he will do things that dont benefit you. BEST PLAYER doesn't always play. Off the field matters too.

Really appreciate all the mid major Division 1 schools reaching out too current players on our roster without contacting our staff first. You all are a class act. If it keeps up am going to start putting your programs on blast for everyone to see on social media.
