Thanks @HolidayExtras for your Blue Circle Parking @HeathrowAirport Appalling business. Do not use. Our shocking experience started at drop off. Their employee at Terminal 4 was rude and unhelpful. When we returned to Heathrow, we phoned from baggage claim as per instructions.
We were told our car would be there in 30-40 minutes. When the time went and no car appeared, we started to phone. They don’t answer the phone when they know it’s you. We had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes (with 2 young children) for our car.
Very poor service on @emirates flight from Phuket to Dubai. Cabin crew would not help when our daughter was sick. They were too busy collecting in-flight meal. Fellow passengers helped us. Then had to endure unhelpful cabin crew defending their poor service.
Second week in a row that we have been charged for items missing from our @sainsburys grocery delivery. You have to complain to get a voucher, not a refund. Denise in their customer services understands our “disappointment” but is not willing to make a goodwill gesture.
Both bins are overflowing. Our new play area looks a mess. @Warwick_DC and @CllrAndrewDay need to spend our council tax emptying the bins, rather than fighting hopeless planning appeals!
Stefania the customer service agent has just stormed off! Still no bags. You would think after 16 months of not flying, @British_Airways staff would bring their A game but it’s a complete shambles.

Courier stole first order. Contacted customer services. Was given some nonsense by Winter about sending an urgent email to logistics. No replacement sent. I’ve wasted an hour this evening messaging Krishna and his manager Arfar. Replacement is being sent.
Waiting over 3 hours for @Enterprise mechanic to turn up to fix their broken hire car. A dozen phone calls trying to sort it out. Trying to enjoy our family holiday.
