RealTrends recently ranked the Lundgren Team among New York's top real estate teams.
Recognition is appreciated.
But rankings do not sell homes.
Strategy does.
Execution does.
Consistency does.
The ranking is the result.
Not the reason.

Going to a @Yankees game midday on a Thursday is a prime time life experience.
My crew met Chase, a 10year old baseball player. Chase wanted to catch as baseball at the game today.
That motivated us to help.
Over 5 innings, we harassed the bullpen and finally they sent a ball in our direction.
Chase caught the ball and jumped up and down like crazy.
I’ve never see joy like this. It worked.
I love New York Sports.
This is awesome. @joemelillolive2
Real estate is not just about where the market is today. It’s about where it’s going.
Back in 2020, @Scott_L_Porter and I sold a waterfront property for $18M.
We immediately flipped the commission into real estate.
I’ve always believed in buying quality new development in emerging luxury markets — especially in places like Miami, where infrastructure, wealth migration, and lifestyle continue to compound value.
We’ve spent years selling pre-development and branded residences because timing matters. Getting in early matters. Seeing around corners matters.
One of the reasons we really like E11even Residences is the flexibility. Use it yourself when you want to be in Miami, place it into the hotel pool when you’re away, and create optionality — luxury with utility.
We’ve done multiple deals in the building and currently have a two-bedroom listing there as well. We believe in the product because we believe in the market. 🦾
