McDonalds Japan is releasing "Grand" size drinks and fries, with the drink being about 2X the size of a medium, and the fires being 1.7X the size of a medium. Both are bigger than the current "L" size.
Consumers will be able to upgrade meals by adding 100 yen for each item.
