During Sindoor, we used to get CCTV clips. In one case there was a clip showing a missile launch from an airbase.
All Chinese vendor had to do is put in the location and they could see live feed from these locations. Basically see ever aircraft launched from the airbase.

Excellent once-in-life opportunity served to IND CCTV ecosystem on a platter GoI has already enforced mandatory STQ certification & 🇨🇳 CCTV ban.
Thanks to such news, global CCTV buyers will willingly purchase slightly expensive IND systems—IF—domestic players move fast, invest & build an ALT supply chain—the real question.

When all one has to do in use Google to find out.
Looking at the remarkable success of Iran's tech in missiles, drones, infrared tracking etc, I am convinced it's because they don't have a stock market. Their engineers build real products instead of food & lipstick apps for 500x PE.
India's real teji will start when India has a 5-10 year bear market, and people go back to building real businesses instead of the fluff that gets billions of dollars of mkt cap these days.

What India does is BVR/PGM launching platforms & sensor node in numbers. For this MK1A fits the bill perfectly. The issue with Brahmos is that it is expensive. For a short war it is ok, however for a longer engagement, a cheaper option is required.

Does India really need new fighters like Rafale or Tejas Mk1A? 🤔 During the recent Indo-Pak conflict, almost every strike into Pakistan was carried out with stand-off weapons or cruise missiles like the BrahMos (which could just as easily be launched from the ground). Meanwhile, every Pakistani aircraft shot down in the air was credited to the S-400 SAM. If cruise missiles and SAMs are proving to be the real war-winning weapons, then why spend billions on fighters?

more than 20B in building up the SAM network. Spyder, Akash 1/1S, Barak8/S400. In the pipeline is QRSAM, Kusha (S400 equivalent), C-UAS mini-SAM. DEW, HPW etc.
It is to provide the defensive shield under which IAF fighters can operate to carry out stand off strikes. 4/n

So it is not a case of either this or that. Both is required in numbers & each of them are just a piece of the bigger puzzle.
Forgot to mention, another element getting added to the IADS is the BMD ( Phase 1). After Iranian attacks on Tel Aviv, India expects Pak to follow suit.
