That gap just collapsed. If you are a CEO or CTO looking at Drupal and still seeing a "CMS," you are looking at a 2015 snapshot of a 2025 reality. With the integration of deep AI capabilities and the new Starshot initiative, Drupal is rapidly evolving from a content management system into an Intelligent Orchestration Layer.

There is no lower limit on proposal size: a $1,000 "quick fix" is just as valid as a $20,000 proposal. The available funds are ready to be allocated, and the success of the contest may lead to long-term initiatives that connect donors with innovation-driven contributors.
