Everytime @naval says that the path to finding your passion is doing what feels like play to you and work to others, I am lost in the depth of the observation.

The more I think about this, the more it feels like a before-after moment for AI. This is not just about one model getting paused. It is about what happens when access to frontier AI itself becomes something governments can step into overnight. Who gets to build? Who gets access? Who decides the rules? What happens to countries and companies building their future on top of these systems? There are no easy answers here. But it is very clear that AI is now moving from a tech conversation to a world-shaping one.
Does this mean every new model from here on would need a green lighting from the government? Watershed moment for AI regulation. Everything in the world of AI is something the world has never seen before. We would all need to be deeply thoughtful and deliberate as we decide the future of it together

The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees. The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance. Access to all other Claude models is not affected. We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible. Read our full statement: anthropic.com/news/fable-myt…

I just realised I spent just 37k INR to build over 50 full stack functional apps on @emergentlabs and 2 of these apps have gave me over 56k INR revenue and 3 of them with 100 active users. I would have never imagined me building fullstack apps by myself being a non-tech guy. This AI era is going to be insane if you know how to use them.

Watch the E3 agent cooking
Introducing E3 Agent. Until now, building with AI still required you to live in the prompt box. E3 changes that. It plans, builds, tests, iterates, and keeps you updated in real time as your app comes to life You bring the idea. E3 does the rest. Try it on emergent today at app.emergent.sh

The economics of software are changing. Last night, as we launched new model by @AnthropicAI Fable on @emergentlabs , I built a personal sommelier. Not because it was technically impossible before. Because it wasn't economically sensible. For decades, software had to be built for large markets to justify the cost of building and maintaining it. But when software can plan, execute, test, and iterate over days rather than minutes, entirely new categories become viable. Software A research lab. A small business. A team of ten. Even a single person. The most important AI applications may not be the ones that serve billions of people. They may be the millions of highly personalized applications that were never worth building until now. The long tail is finally worth building. Built with Fable on @EmergentAI

Introducing Claude Fable 5 on @emergentlabs Anthropic's first Mythos-class model, a tier above Opus Takes a vague idea, asks the right questions once & builds for hours without breaking Live for every builder today, no waitlist
Claude Fable 5 is now live on Emergent Anthropic's first Mythos-class model, and the biggest leap in AI yet For the builds that were too complex, too long, too vague to hand off to a model You describe the idea. Fable 5 figures out the rest How is this different from every other model? A thread 🧵

AI needs fewer spectators and more local gravity Vibecity is our attempt to back the people who can turn their city into a serious place for AI builders, founders and businesses
Most ambassador programs feel like a badge We wanted to build something with a real name, a real identity and a real mission So we’re launching VibeCity Emergent’s way of bringing AI building closer to the cities where the real impact happens

Emergent’s 1st investor Manav Garg just left his own fund to join the company 🤯 For context: Manav was the founding partner of Together Fund ($ 200m AUM); he led the 1st institutional round into Emergent after YC’s Demo Day. Manav is a highly accomplished entrepreneur; he sold his venture Eka Software ($ 55m raised) to the PE firm STG in 2024 and had co-founded the SaaSBoomi community in India. 2 teams in the current YC P26 batch are founded are Emergent alumni (1) Founding engineer Kaushik ASP & PM Abhinav Soni have started Bento Labs (YC P26) (2) Founding engineer Lakshay Gupta is the co-founder of Lab0 The talent density at Emergent is incredible 🙏

Ok, seriously had no idea MPL is running on @emergentlabs? Very cool. @IPL next @mukundjha? I wake up almost every other day to code something new - the new era of software is unlike anything I've ever seen. I was coding on and off much of my life, but it accelerated last year, and this year I started pushing code out for others to use on my personal GH that's been lying dormant for a decade! It's almost addictive and I really don't like to see the whites between the greens on the days I'm traveling or just flat out. I think as the rest of the world wakes up to this new way of building, there's no going back. Super bullish!
1/ @RCBTweets winning again. Rajat Patidar at the center of it And now Rajat coming back to @MPLeagueT20, which starts today. Cricket has had a beautiful week But what @AScindia is building for MPL on @emergentlabs is the part I am excited and inspired about the most
