This Queen showed some spotty brood but only on this frame. This can be caused by a bunch of reasons. Mite checks are super low across the county so we will continue to monitor.

The bees will have to forgive me but I needed a path mowed. Ego isn't a bad electric mower. I love not pulling a cord.

Today the assistant State Apiarist inspected our County Club hives. Only 1 mite and super healthy bees. Life is Good.

It is nice enough today to have the solar melter outside. Its an easy way to filter wax without thinking about it all day.

A mouse in the house because this was the only empty hive without a mouse guard on it. The plastic frame prevented the mouse from destroying all the frames.
