@Airtel_Presence what kind of service is this? There is no customer care on your app and it just asked me to call 198. I called 198 and tried every option but there is no customer care option? How can I talk to a human? Have you ppl automated everything?

Every query is being responded by bots, no human interaction even after 24 hours. No way to reach customer care over phone call. Such a bad experience.

@JioCare there is no network since morning. I have raised a complaint but it says I will recieve update on 24th February. Will I neither make calls nor receive any calls till you have an update in 2 days?

@jiocare 9th day without network and no response, no resolution, no commitment, no responsibility. My annual plan gone waste. Porting out soon is the only option. For refusing services, i am going to file a case in consumer forum.

@TRAI @jiocare there is no network of jio from 22nd morning. I raised a complaint which has been closed without resolution. There is no network but company says it will take them 10 days to restore the services. Without service, my life has been paralysed. No calls, no OTP.

@TRAI @JioCare 4 days and counting without network. I think porting out is the only way. Completely disappointed with jio services. Pay yearly plan and they disconnected signal in the name of improvement.

@TataPlayBinge what a shitty service and what a frustrating customer care. Can you cancel my account right now, I don't want refund, i just want to close it right now. I don't want any association with tata services. Pathetic customer care. No resolution, only harassment.

Basically, you ppl can't upgrade prime from lite to full. You can't delink prime from tata play binge. You won't let me upgrade on my own. You can't cancel tata play services untill May 2026. You are forcing your services even if I am not asking refund. Won't return in future. FO
