What if I told you… humans are the ONLY species that drinks another animal’s milk… even as adults? We’ve been told milk is health since childhood. But… is that really true? Or is this one of the biggest unquestioned habits of modern society? Read till the end. 👇 #MilkMyth #GutHealth #WorldBloodDonorDay #GoodMorningSunday

➡️ Here's the interesting fact: A large percentage of adults globally are lactose intolerant. Meaning their bodies naturally reduce the enzyme needed to digest milk after childhood. To digest lactose, the body requires an enzyme called lactase. In its absence, milk undergoes fermentation in the gut. One of its byproducts, galactose, is a type of sugar that can contribute to oxidative stress and chronic inflammation in the body over time.

Ever wondered why your body keeps asking for Sugar? The science behind cravings, comfort eating and smarter ways to stay in control It’s not 'just craving sweets.' Your brain is literally pushing you toward a quick chemical reward. The scary part? Most people don’t know who is actually in control. #WellnessTips #CuriousCorner #HealthyLiving #Diesel #SugarCravings #FoodieLife

➡️ Why do cravings hit hardest when you’re: Sleep deprived, Stressed from work, Mindlessly scrolling & Feeling emotionally low? Because your brain starts looking for comfort, not nutrition. This is called comfort eating and millions do it without realizing.

➡️ The food industry knows this psychology very well. That’s why processed foods are engineered to hit the 'perfect bliss point'- High Sugar High Fat High Salt = Maximum craving loop You eat more… crave more… repeat. It’s a system designed to keep you coming back. Your body isn’t always asking for food. Sometimes your brain is asking for comfort. #WellnessTips #CuriousCorner #HealthyLiving #Diesel

A fundamental question... Why a normal medical student receiving so much national attention? Is it the power of social media, our obsession with personal stories, the 24/7 news cycle, or society's tendency to turn ordinary people into public figures overnight? The real story is how social media, influencers, and news channels can turn an ordinary person into a national talking point within days. Why are we so fascinated by these stories?
