It's DECEITFUL for the voucher bill's author to suggest parity in public & private schools serving students w/ disabilities. He surely knows there are many types of disabilities that differ in nature, severity, & cost. Many private schools only admit students w/ less severe disabilities & can at any time deny services while public schools must take all & provide transparency & parental rights.
