Is running rapidly in the state of California these guys is up here offering to pay people $5 dollars again for their signatures, this is a ongoing ordeal that has been coming to the Tenderloin for a while. Theyāre using the drug addicts to sign things so they can go get high with that $5 dollars. But listen to the masked gentleman explain what each petition is for. He also says how much he get paid for each signature.

These people are paying people $5 dollars to sign a ballot, but as you watch the video their telling them what name to sign (which is someone else name) and what address to write. Seems kind of suspicious to me. Why not sign your own name and you can hear people doing it actually twice
