#HuronCounty peeps - In 2022 the #100PeopleWhoCare group will come together again to support needs of our community. Each participant pledges $100 4 X a year. Each quarter, charities are chosen & funding provided. Volunteer time dedicated to the need, not fundraising. DM me!

I always take the @VIA_Rail when I go to TO. Yesterday the early train was cancelled, next train delayed Ppl were irritated but calm.
Big shoutout to staff Spencer at Union. He was pleasant, calm, friendly and super helpful. I’m sure he was under pressure but he did great!

Yesterday was a ridiculously long day and the delay made it worse but I prefer to travel by train into the city. I like assigned seating and the orderly line ups - even when they stretch from gate into the Great Hall! I’d rather be waiting at Union then in a traffic jam

I had the honour of going to a friend’s wedding on the weekend, and her mom lent me a sari to wear. Thankfully she helped me put it on too because I had no idea! Wedding was an amazing mixture of traditions - so so fun!

One more term paper left in this @Laurier semester, a break for a few days and a final exam (that might kill me). Two more courses this fall and I AM FINISHED! I am very weary, but thankful for the companionship of my Discord classmates 😂

I was a bit of mess yesterday (and today to be honest) after taking a pet on his last journey. We received the most empathetic and respectful treatment from the vet clinic staff. After work with the Guardian Network, I’m cognizant of how that emotion can affect them too /2

So today, I dropped off a card & gift cards. I don’t know that it helps but I wanted them to know I appreciate the special things they did for us. Yes it’s their job - but they get into the biz cuz they love animals too.
