"Self-harm is not a psychiatric diagnosis.." Lol yeah maybe not in theory. However, for most of us who self-harm, we know that in practice, self-harm is synonymous with BPD. You don't need to meet *one single other diagnostic criteria* & they'll slap that label on you for life š
