Big devs can now make their game eligible for under 16 players by paying 100,000 ROBUX:

Developers can now pay a refundable fee of 100,000 Robux to have their game quickly reviewed for access on Roblox Kids and Roblox Select, bypassing the 500 Highly Engaged Players requirement.

Why is there maturity label in the first place, if we rely on age-verification?

I spent the past two years building a team dedicated to identifying predators and groomers on the platform. We've found over half a million and counting. This change prevents developers from banning them from their games.
This update will break cross-game data stores, including ban lists. Safety systems like EASI identify accounts through user IDs. If that ID isn't consistent across games, our system can't identify them. Everyone needs to speak out against this.

Today Roblox finally released an increase to the DevEx rate.
This only applies to Robux spent in your game by a player that is:
1. From the US
2. 18 (age verified)
3. Your game MUST use ONLY the R15 AVATAR
