This morning, I ran my first 10-miler!
I have participated in several 5K and 10K races, but I found the idea of running 16K daunting at first. However, I loved the entire experience and how it truly disconnected me from the world for two hours.
I feel much more confident now that I will be able to complete the half-marathon in October!
