EARLIER TODAY: Looking at some of the video I took in Garden Grove at GKN Aerospace facility. It is safe to say that chemicals are leaking from one of the tanks, causing the hazardous situation. However, these chemicals are also in the water running off into the storm drain.

The liquid shown running into the storm drain is water from hoses and sprinklers cooling the overheating tank; officials confirm the tank is venting vapors, not liquid chemical, and have measures to prevent any spill from entering drains. latimes.com/california/sto… abc7.com/live-updates/g…
