i don't think bo6 needs to call ISteamFriends::GetUserRestrictions 7000 times per second, nor IClientFriends::GetFriendRelationship 1200 times
(was helping @logan_mcgeeee investigate why warzone has horrible fps on steam but it's fine on game pass)

i do wonder where one could report silly things like This, given, uh, it took a while for past Steam-specific performance issues (merely *having* friends made the game slow) to be fixed as well, bweh

i think i took a wrong turn getting to 'x, the everything app'
