“We would not have made the economic progress if we had not intervened in very personal matters. Who your neighbor is, how you live, the noise you make, how you spit or where you spit, the language you use. If we had not done that and done that effectively, we would not be here today.” This man transformed Singapore to a wealthy nation in ONE generation by instilling discipline and micromanaging the personal lives of people. Ghana is the fifth world country it is simply because of disgraceful leadership. There are no leaders in Ghana, only misleaders. And we love them with all our hearts.

The optics are terrible. That part is obvious. But the selective outrage is what surprises me. The problem we have as a country is bigger than one minister posting the wrong picture at the wrong time. Since independence, our political class has spent years asking citizens to trust public systems they quietly avoid for themselves. They go abroad for routine medical checks. They go abroad for delivery. They send their kids abroad for elementary or high school. Then they return and speak the language of confidence in the system and reform. So yes, he should not have posted it. But the real scandal is the long-standing hypocrisy. And to be fair, when it comes to giving birth abroad, the motivation is often beyond trust in the healthcare system. However, it does not necessarily remove the optics problem, but it does add important context to the discussion. So if we are angry about this, I expect all of us to be equally outraged by our political elite who demonstrate a lack of confidence in the institutions they oversee.
Meanwhile, congratulations to my lovely wife for blessing our family with a bouncing baby boy. We are deeply grateful to God for this precious gift and the joy he has brought into our lives.

Ghanaian digital media platform @AmeyawTV is entering a new era with an ambitious rebranding and restructuring strategy designed to position the brand for the future of digital content consumption. The move sees the introduction of four new niche-focused sub-brands under the Ameyaw TV umbrella namely: Ameyaw TV Reels, Ameyaw TV DoCU, Ameyaw TV Sports, and Ameyaw TV Podcasts, each created to serve distinct audience interests and strengthen the platform’s reach across YouTube and other social media platforms. Rich Ghanaian parents pay $18,000 a year at DPS International. $16,000 at Tema International School. Why? Because their kids do the IB Diploma. SATs. Strong English. Strong essays. So they go straight to Harvard, MIT, Yale, Cornell on full scholarships. Meanwhile, a brilliant kid in Kasoa, Tamale, or Ho is doing WASSCE thinking the best he can hope for is Legon or KNUST. Same brain. Different information. The rich kids aren’t smarter than you. They just had parents who knew the game. Here’s the truth nobody tells you: You don’t need DPS. You don’t need TIS. You don’t need rich parents. I sold sachet water in Ghana. I went to Berea College on a full scholarship. Now I’m a software engineer in Dallas. My friends from humble homes did it too. From WASSCE straight to top US universities. Full ride. The system was hidden from us. Not from them. goscholar.ai exists so the kid in the village has the same map as the kid in East Legon. Share , like and repost for a fellow Ghanaian who needs this to see

#PMXtra Done, now let’s move on to what I’ve been dreading for the last few weeks. The first event of a series of events, to begin my Father’s Final Journey Home is the 40 Day Observation on June 4th, 2026, at the Agogo Palace, in Agogo Ashanti Region. I invite you all, family, friends, and well-wishers, to stand with us in honoring the Life, Impact, and Extraordinary Legacy in Polictics, Governance and Chieftancy for a Titan who was not only a Paramount Chief, Statesman, Lawyer, Minister of State, Vandal and Bleoobi but most importantly, my Father. 🙏🏾🫶🏾

I love the cameras, but I love what it is about more. It is about insisting on a basic fact: that the NDC represents the best development interest of Ghana and is currently delivering unparalleled economic development for the Ghanaian people. When the cameras roll on, our job is to ensure the voice of detractors does not drown out the voices of growth and progress. #KudiKpekpe #MahamaThePresident

Stop comparing yourself to others. You have no idea what people do behind closed doors to maintain the life you admire. Yes, your situation may not be perfect, but your journey is not theirs and their timing is not yours. Keep building at your own pace.
