The Liard First Nation is testing Atmospheric Water Generators in #Yukon.
The machines generate potable water from the air.
Though there are challenges (as seen in this video), advocates see potential to address Canada's reliance on bottled water and boil-water advisories.

Our First Annual Porter Creek Secondary #BisonHunt and #CultureCamp was an amazing success. Students and teachers switched from snowmobiles to fat bikes due to lack of snow and successfully harvested a Bison! #pridepassionpurpose

Pete Kaiser wins the 2019 Iditarod. He's the only Yupik musher to do so, and the first from the Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta since 1973. Even in wind at nearly 4am, fans on Nome's Front Street were ecstatic, with drummers from St. Laurence Island playing and ppl chanting his name.
