I know I don't usually post on here but I'm really in need of some advice.
My valorant account has been banned, I put in a ticket but all they've said is it was "correctly given".
I've put in another ticket but I don't know what to do, I have never had a third party app or cheats

3 days ago my valorant kept crashing because vanguard flagged my pc as not suitable. I had to go into my bios to update stuff and I don't know whether that had something to do with it?
