The NVBHOF family mourns the passing of Mexican great Israel Vasquez. Israel fought five times in Nevada, including his electrifying, come from behind win over Jhonny Gonzalez in Las Vegas, which was named 2006 Fight of the Year. Israel was inducted in 2022.Ā RIP "El Magnifico".

had a great time at the @nvbhof bowling event last night. Had a chance to see Lamon Brewster for the first time in years. Truly one of the best guys and friendliest individuals you'll ever meet
The night he beat Klitschko was unreal. Just a surreal moment. He told me some of the details of that special evening. The buzz in the arena was incredible after he pulled that upset. You had to be there to really feel it.
It will always be one of the most memorable nights Ive spent on press row... #boxing
