We are so excited to welcome eight recent high school graduates to the SEED Class of 2026. Representing communities across Indiana, these young professionals are beginning their journey toward rewarding careers in agriculture and energy.
Now entering its third year, the SEED Program launched in 2024 and has welcomed a total of 32 high school graduates to date. Welcome to the Keystone team!

20 years as an educator, I have never witnessed a company willing to invest in their local communities in regard professionally developing youth. Having met some of the inaugural class of the SEED program, we have got some of the brightest in the state as a part of our team now.

Six graduating @IndianaFFA members will be kickstarting their careers with Keystone Cooperative as part of a two-year, on-the-job development opportunity beginning this June, called SEED.
The newly formed SEED (Securing Experience Employee Development) program provides a select number of recent high school graduates full-time employment and benefits, on-the-job training and all professional accreditations and certifications paid for by Keystone.
