This lockdown is by far the worst. Feel like I’m on house arrest, don’t even wanna go out for a walk as it’s bloody -3, got absolute no motivation for anything. God help all of our mental health’s.

This scares me. The fact I’m suffering from mental health issues and the only thing to keep me busy aside from working 12 hour shifts at a care home is to go for a walk and now I have to be worried that I’ll be arrested for doing that. It’s sad.
