Day 2 of Section 7 is wrapped up and OC teams finished a collective 7-13. Seven go 1-1, two go 0-2.
@maxwell_scott1 had the performance of the day with a 45 point 7 rebound performance in which he hit 9 threes.

Day 1 at Section 7 AZ is finished and OC teams finished a combined 4-6 with wins for Mater Dei, Canyon and Pacifica Christian and Orange Lutheran
Mater Dei is loaded with talent and could end up being my preseason #1 seed in OC
Canyon (Cobras) have a legit case for best public school in OC this season. Underclassmen ⭐️ @DeanDohrmann29 finished with 23 points
PC cruised to a 20 point win with a brand new roster. @ElijahjGoodman led the way with 22 pts 12 board and 3 blocks
OLu has some intriguing new faces including OC superstar @thehuntercaplan and freshman phenom @Demirthegreat6

Sources telling me that JSerra big man Ryan Doane (2028) is all clear to play with Mater Dei at Section 7 the weekend of 6/12.
Could be another big loss for the Lions who were CIF-SS D1 runner-ups this past season.

The 6’10 220lb sophomore averaged 11 points, 6 rebounds and 1 assist per game, while shooting 50% FG and 37% 3PT.
Weber is a versatile stretch forward that possesses a very high IQ. He has excellent footwork in the post and is great in the pick n pop.
