Some facts that need to be pointed out: @elonmusk success isn’t making my life more difficult, Congress who can’t figure out how to balance a budget makes my life more difficult.

Elon just created 4,400 millionaires in a single day. 400 of them are now worth over $100 million. These aren't VCs. They're SpaceX employees, and the list includes welders, technicians, and cafeteria staff, because for two decades the company paid every level of the workforce in stock instead of higher salaries. Juan Hernandez immigrated from Mexico and took a $28 an hour contractor welding job in 2015. He says he didn't even know what SpaceX was. The company gave him a $10,000 equity grant and let him buy more shares through payroll deductions. That stake is now worth $880,000. Trevor Hise's parents wanted him to take a stable job at General Electric. He picked SpaceX instead, stayed 12 years, and accumulated over 100,000 shares. At the $135 listing price that's $13.5 million. He's 37 and semiretired. His words: "The magnitude of this has been ridiculous." The most telling detail came before the listing. Over 100 employees quietly banded together and negotiated a group wealth management deal covering up to $5 billion, because none of them had ever needed a wealth manager before. Software IPOs have minted millionaires for 30 years. This is the first one where the money went to the factory floor.

Go back further Kirsten, it’s OK we all know.
Surging gas prices have erased more than a year of Americans’ wage gains. Trump's recklessness is driving up costs and setting working families back.

STATEMENT: The Pentagon has sophisticated systems to ensure the safety of the building and its occupants. Those systems have detected an air quality issue necessitating precautionary measures until we determine its significance. The Department is executing standard protection protocols, including a shelter-in-place order for the affected area. Response teams are in place and ready to support building occupants.

Democrats spent years accusing Republicans of being Nazis - now their top candidate has a literal Nazi tattoo, and they are ignoring it. Democrats only care about power.

A Ring (the inner ring) of the Pentagon air detection systems activated for a bio hazard alarm and the area has been locked down. Pentagon emergency responders are in fully contained hazmat gear responding and investigating. Outside areas are being strategically evacuated and supported by emergency personnel. The target area is between corridors 5-6 (the Apex) in the inner most ring.

Somebody tell Mr Economics Professor that flyovers are incorporated into normal training operations, therefore incurring no additional costs as they would be flying somewhere anyway. Sort of like teaching your over inflated university Econ 101 in front of a high school finance class.
Yes, military flyovers look cool. But taxpayer-funded military hype for private sports events is still weird—and a little creepy.
Community note
Military flyovers at sporting events incur no additional cost to taxpayers, as they are part of routine training missions already funded and required for pilots. 159fw.ang.af.mil/About-Us/Commu… ne.ng.mil/Community-Rela…

🚨 Politician blaming a Republican for Pennsylvania’s Pennie premium spikes? Nice try. Let’s get the facts straight. The enhanced ACA subsidies causing the “reduction” were temporary expansions created by Democrats in the 2021 American Rescue Plan (passed with zero Republican votes) and extended through 2025 in the 2022 Inflation Reduction Act (again, Democrat-led reconciliation with full Dem majorities in Congress and the White House). They (Paige’s Mentors) wrote the law to expire on Dec. 31, 2025. They had years and total control to make them permanent. They chose not to. Now that they’re gone, premiums are jumping (many seeing 100% increases) and 160k fewer Pennsylvanians are enrolled. Don’t blame one Republican member of Congress for a sunset Democrats built in for individuals that never qualified for subsidies to begin with. Worse: This temporary program let high-income earners cash in, subsidized by middle-class workers stuck with employer plans (who pay taxes funding these credits but often face high deductibles themselves). Examples: • Self-employed professionals like dentists (26% rely on individual market), chiropractors, or real estate agents making $80k–$150k got big subsidies with no income cap. • A 60-year-old couple earning ~$85k (just over 400% FPL) could pay far less than full premiums thanks to the enhancements—benefits that vanished for them now. • Over 285k self-employed/small business owners above 400% FPL claimed these credits in 2022 alone. Middle-class families with job-based insurance? They helped foot the bill via general revenues/taxes while getting no equivalent help. Temporary COVID-era gimmicks shouldn’t become endless middle-class-funded entitlements without accountability. Demand real solutions, not finger-pointing. Extend what makes sense permanently and control costs, don’t just blame the other side for your own expiration dates.
Rob Bresnahan prioritized tax breaks for the ultra-wealthy over affordable health care for Pennsylvanians. Costs jumped by over 100% and 160k residents - including more than 10,000 in NEPA - have been forced to drop coverage. Bresnahan owns this health care crisis.

But yet Chuckles was the Senate Majority Leader with a Democrat House and Administration and did nothing? Incompetent, lying, or clueless, take your pick.
Trump, he goes crazy over this or that, always hanging out with Epstein, Epstein, Epstein, Epstein...
