Of course, definitely. In Wano, the reason BM lasted that long was because of the soul buff she gave herself after taking souls from random Beast Pirates. Now, in a fresh 2v1 against fully healthy Law and Kidd, they would beat her much more easily. (Law is still carrying Kidd.)

In WCI, Luffy lost to Base BM while using G4. But that was before he had Ryuo, ACoC, and Future Sight. But Big Mom is not as durable, faster, physically strong, or as powerful with Haki and ACoC as Kaido. So the answer is current Base Luffy would extreme-diff Big Mom. #ONEPIECE

Luffy, without even mastering ACoC after unlocking it for the first time, showed greater feats than Yamato, who is already stronger than Zoro. Luffy simply has too many tools in his bag and would high-diff Zoro and Sanji combined. He is just way faster, and his AP is more lethal.
