putting down the phone
paying attention to your breath
taking your biggest concern off your shoulders
This culture will grind you into a pulp of nothing and then step over the ashes to replace you with another laborer the next minute. Go disrupt this. Rest.
and if you don’t believe little you is proud of who you’ve become, i hope you’ll:
1) reconsider, with more grace for yourself
2) remember there’s still time to change that.
i’ve been feeling spiritually challenged for years now to be more careful what i choose to say to / share with others,
even those who i find trustworthy.
