The Kumasi High Court has ruled that both Akosua Serwaa and Odo Broni are legally recognized as spouses of the late Ghanaian music legend, Daddy Lumba.
In its decision, the court confirmed that Daddy Lumba had married Akosua Serwaa under customary law.
