Anyone know why I can't edit local styles in Chrome Inspector on this one site? All the styles are italic like user styles but there's nothing I can see is out of the normal on this site that would make it do this. ^JY

Anyone recommend a lightweight alternative to Zendesk for managing customer support emails? Only need a shared inbox, email forwarding, tagging/adding status and making internal notes. Zendesk has proved remarkably clunky for it's sole job.

FYI, using document.designMode = "on" in any browser will allow you to easily edit the text on the screen. 🙂 It's a nice trick to have in your back pocket.
