"The moment OSCE³ was mentioned to the NFL, it wasn’t a pitch anymore. The decision was already made."
When the NFL brought its global games to Frankfurt, stadium security was not an optional checkbox. They needed an elite, highly capable local partner for active defense and live incident response.
