Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) installers must now deduct the grant amount from the customer's upfront costs. This will ensure that property owners receive the BUS discount upfront. More: ow.ly/otkr50Z6xmA

Installers must not request or accept payment of the BUS grant amount from the property owner. Non-compliance may affect voucher issuing and payment.”
