Latinos don’t feel the need change skin color is because their culture is more than skin color, it’s food, traditions religion, ect… so for Latinos to be represented they only need to add bits of those in. For black Americans their skin color alone is their culture

I found that forward air is better in the same scenario while also working on neutral tech as well due to it having less knockback, while the back air version seems to only work on tech rolls because it’s knockback is too high. Forward air also probably hits more characters.
