Up to 85% of new moms experience “baby blues” postpartum. It’s common. It’s real. And it matters. But when those feelings don’t go away, it might be something more serious. Know that you don’t have to figure it out alone. Visit brnw.ch/21x2hDv or brnw.ch/21x2hDw

Community health centers are woven into the fabric of this state. For decades, they've intentionally invested in Oklahoma communities, and today, they're within a half-hour drive of 94% of Oklahomans.

Big news for community health centers and the patients they serve. Last week, @HHSGov Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and @HRSAgov Administrator Tom Engels announced more than $135 million in new Health Resources and Services Administration funding opportunities for 350 health centers to expand access to nutrition services and food-based interventions within primary care. At Advocates for Community Health, we’re excited about what this means. Nutrition and access to healthy food are essential tools for preventing and managing chronic disease. Our members are ready to partner with HRSA and HHS to bring these services directly into the communities that need them most. As part of his “Take Back Your Health” tour, Secretary Kennedy traveled to Arizona, where he met with health care leaders, including @ElRioHealth CEO Clint Kuntz, to advance a prevention-focused agenda. HRSA-funded health centers already serve more than 32.4 million patients at over 16,000 sites nationwide, including one in five rural residents. Investments like this help strengthen that impact.
