CARNEY: The tide is turning as expected in this war, and it's a part of what we just discussed. Ukraine will win, itโ€™s just a question of time. Itโ€™s just a question of how much senseless slaughter Russia perpetrates. What we see today is unity in the G7 and unity behind Ukraine.

Don't think for one minute that rape gangs are a thing of the past. Our children are being systematically targeted across the country. Areas built of larger numbers of Pakistanis, Bangladeshis, Afghans etc, the more it's happening and less likely to be reported as they threaten, torture, have even killed to keep it quiet. The Labour party, police and local authorities are all complicit.

Aaron Tucker had been out of prison for seven days. He had less than $2 in his pocket and one shot at turning his life around, a job interview that morning. Then he saw a car flip over and catch fire from his bus window. He asked the bus driver if he was going to help. "No, but if you get out I'm going to leave," the driver replied. Tucker got out anyway. He sprinted toward the upside-down, smoke-filled car and found the 61-year-old driver covered in blood. He unbuckled the man's seatbelt and dragged him clear as the car started to catch fire. He pulled off his own dress shirt and used it to stop the man's head wound from bleeding, telling him: "You're going to be all right. Your family wants to see you. Keep your eyes open." The bus left. Tucker missed his interview. When the story got out, strangers set up a GoFundMe that raised over $50,000 in three days. He also received multiple job offers in construction. "I feel like a job can come and go, but a life is a one-time thing," Tucker said. "The job just wasn't in my mind at that time."

In Russia, a flight to Moscow made an emergency landing in Yaroslavl due to a fuel shortage. "We're being kept in inhumane conditions. They crammed both flights into this tiny waiting room and aren't giving us water or food. Nobody is coming out to speak to people," passengers complain. Flying in Russia is now going to be a Russian roulette - you never know whether the plane has enough fuel to reach its destination.
Today's Ukrainian strike on the Moscow oil refinery needs to be viewed not as a single attack at one more Russian oil refinery but as part of a systemic Ukrainian campaign against Moscow's fuel infrastructure - Ukrainian expert Serhii Misiura. Ukrainian strikes within the last month happened in various places across Russia: ports, reservoir parks, oil depots, export infrastructure, objects in Crimea, in the Baltics and the south of Russia. Although pressure on Russia's oil industry in general is necessary and a positive event, the main goal is now seen more clearly: Moscow. Strikes on Volodarskaya Line Production and Dispatch Station, Solnechnogorsk Oil Pumping Station and the Moscow oil refinery essentially became the turning point in this campaign. The target is Moscow Ring Oil Product Pipeline, a unique pipeline system more than 400 km long that provides Moscow with fuel. Moscow oil refinery is one of the key objects of this system. It refines over 10 million tons of oil per year and covers up to 70% of Moscow and Moscow region's needs for fuel. The refinery controls about 35-40% of Moscow's fuel market. Basically, about 30% of cars in Moscow use gas or diesel from this plant. The Moscow Ring Oil Product Pipeline is also crucial for aviation - it is used to deliver fuel to the largest airports in the area, including Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo and Vnukovo airports. Any disruptions in the system create additional risks for all logistics in the region (and it's important to note that many Russian cargo routes go through Moscow airports). Moscow's oil ring is not autonomous. It depends on supplies from large oil refineries and external pumping stations. Hence, Ukrainian strikes on various oil infrastructure objects in different regions of Russia are starting to form a clear picture. Ukraine is executing consistent and systemic pressure on critical supply nodes of the Russian oil infrastructure. If the Ukrainian strategy continues, for Russia, this will mean not just problems with oil exports or fuel shortages in the Russian regions - this will directly influence Moscow city. The Crimean Bridge is most likely living through its final days or weeks. Ukraine possesses weapons capable of destroying the bridge. Ukrainian developers have unveiled the largest heavy autonomous underwater drone, the Sea Trident. Its warhead carries 1,000 kilograms of explosive payload. It is extremely fast, highly stealthy, and can dive to depths of up to 60 meters, allowing it to bypass underwater anti-drone defenses. Notably, this drone has an operational range of 3,700 kilometers. This means that not only the Crimean Bridge, but also the remaining elements of Russia's Black Sea and Baltic fleets could potentially be within Ukraine's reach. I believe these operations may begin in the near future, judging by the growing sense of panic in Crimea. Those who are best informedโ€”Russia's wealthiest individuals and senior officialsโ€”have reportedly begun selling off their luxury real estate in Crimea. Prices for high-end properties have reportedly fallen by 40โ€“60%. And the decline continues, as reports spread that Russian owners are rapidly liquidating their Crimean assets. This has triggered a chain reaction, with many realizing they need to salvage whatever value they still can. Because if Crimea effectively becomes an island, many of these properties could lose most of their value. That is why owners are trying to sell them now, even at bargain prices, simply to recover at least some of their money. This will be the price paid for terrorist attacks against Ukraine. And that reckoning will comeโ€”and when it does, it will be irreversible. Glory to Ukraine! ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ
