Odinani teaches us that life is governed by the constant interaction of energies. Whatever rises must eventually descend, and whatever descends may rise again. The sun rises and sets each day; day has its appointed time, and so does night. It is the coexistence of these opposites that gives life its texture and meaning. So do not fear your troubles, and do not run from your challenges, nwanne. As one who walks in alignment with their Chi, trust that your Chi will never consent to a burden that is beyond your capacity to overcome. Pay attention to the principles that govern life and become conscious of the patterns that shape our universe. These principles do not fail as long as the universe itself endures. Let them give you the courage to keep making constructive efforts toward your goals. You are here for a reason, and you can succeed. But do not be ignorant of the tides of life. Learn to recognize them, for the same forces that can work against you can also work in your favor when you understand their nature.

The most advanced technologies in the world are trees, mycelium networks, river systems, and entire ecosystems. I’m personally tired of idolizing human made technology that destroys the very systems that actually sustain life and hold real wisdom.

Igbo astronomy identifies this as AKA OBI 👌🏾
Earth pulsates every 26 seconds. No one knows for sure why. and satellites can show it! This incredible footage reveals that Earth is a living creature.
Community note
The 26-second pulse is a microseism detected by ground-based seismometers from a source in the Gulf of Guinea, not visible to satellites, and does not indicate Earth is a living creature. nature.com/articles/s4324… popularmechanics.com/science/enviro…

One of the ways to maintain internal dialogue with your Chi, as suggested by an OMS member in last month's community call, is to never speak negatively to or about yourself. Basically, avoid negative self-talk 🧠
SHOCKING🚨: Neuroscience confirms that brains cells are directly influenced by self-talk, the internal dialogue or conscious thoughts
