ALT Efficient Thermally Activated Delayed Fluorescence (TADF) requires more than just minimizing the singlet-triplet energy gap (\(\Delta E_{ST}\)). Recent computational studies on phthalimide-based emitters highlight that a low \(\Delta E_{ST}\) and adequate Spin-Orbit Coupling (SOC) are ineffective without also concurrently suppressing the reorganization energy (\(\lambda \)) during the excited-state relaxation process.
