Hanger Steak from @IndependenceArk, a most flavorful meat! Seasoned with @DadsSeasonings Signature Pepper Blend, then grilled on high heat for 4 minutes a side. Delicious 😋 Red on the cutting board is myoglobin. Google it! Side was smashed potatoes in a red pepper sauce.

A few firsts for me. First time grinding my own meet (brisket) for burgers (hint…fun but seems unnecessary). First time using the new @DadsSeasonings Signature Pepper Blend (hint….I really like it!) Green chiles and @HabaneroHarman Derssing and dippin inside. 😋😋

#GolfChat meetups are a great time, and today was no exception! Played with @JusinHoulihan at one of my home courses. Really enjoyed his company and getting to know him. We will go out again soon! Justin hits it HARD, was fun to watch, especially since my game still sucks.

Beef Ribs from @ElkinsCattleCo married with @DadsSeasonings Brisket Rub made for a tasty dinner. Ribs were smoked for about 6 hrs, pecan wood, with some potatoes put in the smoker for the last two. Corn from a local farm, and a nice red from Page Springs Cellars. 👍👍

Tonight’s challenge to you by - leeks, toasted almonds, hoisin sauce. With that I made almond and rice stuffed leeks, with the hoisin both in and out. I really liked it, and it went nice with the pan fried chicken breast.

Visited a new to us Asian restaurant for this evening. Did not disappoint, and I’m full! Xiao Long Bao, Sheng Jian Bao, and Seafood Wonton Noodle Soup. Also popped in to the Asian store next door and found Onigiri (frozen). Happy happy…..

While #GolfChat was going on I was multitasking, making a creamy pasta and meatballs. First time cooking delicious beef from @IndependenceArk. @DadsSeasonings Original in the meatballs and Italian in the pasta. Mrs Oneputt and I licked our plates clean!
