And it reminded me of something I had almost forgotten. I remember when I first said I wanted to host a 5,000-person event. Most people didn’t think it was realistic. Some thought it was outright impossible. But we did it anyway. That experience taught me a lesson I keep coming back to: The things that feel uncertain today often become the things you’re most proud of tomorrow. You don’t need to have everything figured out. You don’t need perfect conditions. You just need to take the first step, and keep going. If there’s something you’ve been thinking about building, starting, or pursuing… Start.
