tbh the idea of building a community like a home isn't new, almost every founder says it at some point
the hard part is actually making ppl feel it
because ppl can tell the difference
they can feel when they're being treated as numbers, and they can feel when a team genuinely cares abt them
the idea isn't the problem, the execution is
at some point, a community stops feeling like a place u're trying to extract value from and starts feeling like a place u want to give back to
