Important update coming to the @arc testnet on June 18. The v0.7.2 hardfork is happening in the coming days, introducing two new protocol features Transaction Memos Batch Transactions With this update, it will be possible to add notes to transfers and also send multiple transactions in a single call. Today, when you pay someone onchain, the only information that exists is that address A sent X USDC to address B, that is it, any additional context stays offchain. With these changes, in theory, an app could send 10 different payments in a single batch, each with its own identifier, all recorded within a single transaction. Speaking specifically about batch transactions, if u are building a DEX on Arc, you could potentially combine the approve swap flow into a single transaction instead of two, today, users have to approve the token first and then execute the swap separately. With batch transactions, that could become a single click, that would be a real UX improvement Just a reminder that i'm only discussing potential possibilities here, it still depends on how Arc will expose these features to developers after the hardfork, so let's keep following the updates
