However, don't let that fool you...
My long-term recall of information was impressive. I would be in conversations and clearly remember what I read in books, and share stories I heard smoothly and accurately. It really helped with my speech and storytelling. The mental fog was gone. (I am guessing that it would probably be good for studying.)
This product does not help with physical/mental energy but would help with studying and recalling.
