Dear @discord_support We still have still not heard back from you despite your "escalating" our Case 37227179. We setup a new Discord server. But the scammers still operate the old server and continue to steal peoples funds with Scam Sites. Even site registrars respond faster than you. We manage to have their Scam Sites shut down but then they open new ones. The source of the problem is not addressed. We ask you to either stop the Hijacked Discord Server, or unfreeze our accounts so we can get in and ban the scammers. Our community is upset. You will be hearing from them. OptyFi Team

Anatomy of a Discord Server Hack 1. Get Owner auth token *** 2. Add yourself as Admin 3. Copy Owners Discord Profile so you can fool members 4. Send spam as Owner 5. Get Owner deactivated from Discord 6. Send members phishing links 7. Owner is deactivated but the Server he owns keeps running. 8. Send links to Phishing sites (preferably "Claim Airdrop" sites). Steal peoples money. 9. Owner sits and waits for Discord Support to respond............... Discord needs to do something about this --> Owner is deactivated from Discord but remains Server Owner --> Server keeps running.

We strongly believe the hijacking of OptyFi Server is a Discord issue. Discord is not a development environment. Its an end user messaging platform. Our devs should be building a DeFi product, not figuring our vulnerabilities in discord like this one: twitter.com/PiotrSzlachciak/… Discord provides ZERO support. The attacker has managed to get permanent access to OptyFi server somehow. He/she gets back in as Admin, kicks the team out and bans us. All we can do is create issues with Discord, with no response. Team accounts remain secure, with 2FA.

OptyFi Discord has been hijacked again. We cleaned out all admin accounts. There is only one admin @fiqureshi1. None of the OptyFi teams accounts are compromised. All are secured by 2FA. The hacker just seems to be able to get admin access to this server at will. @discord_support support is utterly useless. other than a bot autoresponse. At this point we will probably move permanently away from discord.
