A wonderful time was had at the @StJohnPaulIIMu1 Inclusion Festival. The children tried a range of inclusive sports included blind football and boccia. Well done to our superstars! #OPSPhysicalEducation#OPSInclusion
Thank you Father Anton for preparing the children prior to the Procession and showing the children the Monstrance and items worn by the Father's on Sunday. #CorpusChristiProcession ❤️✝️❤️
A fantastic Corpus Christi Procession Mass held at The Oratory! It was great to see such high numbers (including our staff and students) participating. ✝️❤️
Congratulations to the children of The Oratory who made their First Holy Communion this morning! It was a beautiful Mass and once again, we thank Father David for all of his support in preparing the children to receive the Sacrament of the Eucharist ❤️🙏❤️
Prayer Pledges are being provided to @stedcampchapel before they go to Lourdes in May Half Term. It is so nice knowing the prayers of the children and our community will be offered at The Grotto of Our Lady! #OPSPandL
We are very grateful for @stedcampchapel leading our Year 4 children in a Sacrament of the Eucharist retreat today. This will support their preparation before making their First Holy Communion on Trinity Sunday. #OPSPandL
During the month of May, Miss R lit candles in front of Our Lady for the children and families of the Oratory; the children who were completing tests this week as well as students who are completing examinations at @stedcamp; @bishopwalsh and @SPGbham ❤️❤️❤️
Following this, we celebrated Mass as a whole school with the mass being offered up to the children who had just made the Sacrament of Reconciliation and for Y6 who had finished their SATs.
We were blessed that yesterday on the Feast of the Ascension of the Lord, our children in Year 4 made their Sacrament of Reconciliation. It was a beautiful afternoon. Thank you Father David! #OPSCatholicLife
The children in Year 4 were investigating the quickest ways to change the states of matter in chocolate! This linked to their current text: Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. #OPSScience
The Procession saw us go around the perimeter of the school with our Year 6's carrying Mary with such maturity! We also laid Mary flowers as we entered her special month #OPSCatholicLife
The Worship Team led a beautiful May Procession this morning! What a lovely morning with sun shining as the whole school completed a decade of the Rosary in our new prayer garden! #OPSPrayerandLiturgy
